In brief
Your posture photos never leave your device: pose detection runs in your browser, and the photos and measurements are never uploaded to any server, never seen by us and never stored. They are cleared from memory when you close the tab. The only measurement tool on the site is Google Analytics, used purely for visitor statistics, and it loads only if you accept; if you decline, no analytics cookie is written. Your measurement values, finding names and photos are never sent to analytics under any circumstances.
1. Data controller and contact
This notice has been prepared to meet the disclosure obligation under article 10 of Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (KVKK).
FizyoAnaliz is not a legal entity; it is a website operated by an individual (sole trader). The role of data controller belongs to that individual, the owner of the site.

Under KVKK art. 13 you can submit requests on the number above; requests accompanied by information confirming your identity are resolved free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If your request requires a written channel, the address to send it to will be given to you on that number.

3. Your posture photos never leave your device
The analysis runs entirely inside your browser. The photos you upload are never sent to a server, never seen by us and never stored anywhere. The AI model used for pose detection is downloaded to your device from a content delivery network and the computation happens on your device — the photo never reaches that service.
Your analysis history (the progress comparison) is held only in the memory of the open tab. When you close the tab both the photos and the measurements are erased completely; no permanent record is created.
The analysis does not begin without your explicit consent. At the consent step shown after you select your photos, no measurement takes place unless you accept the privacy notice.
4. Cookies and visitor statistics
The site uses no advertising cookies, no profiling and no third-party marketing tracking. The only measurement tool is Google Analytics 4, and it works as follows:
- A cookie notice is shown the first time you visit. Until you accept, the Google Analytics script never loads, so no analytics cookie is written and no measurement is sent (Google Consent Mode v2, defaulting to denied).
- If you choose "Accept", analytics loads and your IP address is processed in truncated form (anonymize_ip).
- If you choose "Decline", your preference is stored on your device and analytics never runs.
- To store your preference, the key
fa_cookie_consent_v1is used in your device's local storage. This is a technical record and does not identify you. - If you use the physiotherapist listing form, your draft is stored under the key
fa_pt_listings_v1— again, on your own device only.
Never sent to analytics under any circumstances: posture photos, angle and measurement values, finding names and health declaration tick boxes.
5. Physiotherapist listings
If you create a listing in the "Find a Physiotherapist" section, the details you enter and your profile photo are first saved on your own device only; nothing is sent to a server automatically. To have your listing published publicly, the final step of the form has you send us the details and documents through a channel of your choosing. For privacy reasons, the degree and certificate images you upload are not stored permanently on your device; they are used only while your application file is being created.
The information in published listings is the advertiser's own declaration. FizyoAnaliz is not a healthcare provider, does not deliver physiotherapy and is not a party to the relationship between the advertiser and the person engaging them.

7. Transfers abroad
Because your posture photos and measurement data never leave your device, they are never transferred abroad. If you accept the cookie notice, the processing of visitor statistics may take place on Google's servers outside Türkiye; the explicit consent you give covers that transfer. If you decline, no such transfer takes place for analytics purposes. Your IP address being technically visible to the relevant providers while font and model files are downloaded is a consequence of those files being hosted on servers abroad.

9. Your rights under KVKK art. 11
Under article 11 of the Law you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information if it has been; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is being used in line with that purpose; know the third parties to whom the data has been transferred, in Türkiye or abroad; request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly; request its deletion or destruction; request that these actions be notified to the third parties the data was transferred to; object to an adverse outcome arising from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems; and claim compensation if you suffer loss as a result of unlawful processing.
You can withdraw your explicit consent at any time. Because photo and measurement data never leaves your device, you can also carry out deletion yourself by closing the tab or clearing your browser data. For any other request you can reach us on the contact number above; your request will be resolved within 30 days at the latest.
10. Use by anyone under 18
The service is designed for users aged 18 and over. Use by anyone under 18 should only take place under the supervision of a parent or guardian. For posture assessment in children, the results should be interpreted together with a health professional.
11. Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated to reflect technical changes to the site. The current version is always published on this page and the "last updated" date at the top is changed accordingly.
